This month we are switching things up and doing a transfem BBQ instead of a traditional supper as we have been doing in the past. We will have a burgers, hot dogs, toffu and vegetables to grill! Enjoy a meal and socialize with other transfems - Saturday June 10th, 6:00PM at Park La Fontaine. All courses will have vegan, gluten free and nut free options.

TRAPs Spring Community Dinner
This month, our iconic community dinner will be once again open to friends - transfem or not! You can invite them as a +1 or +2! Solo transfem attendees are more than welcome :) Enjoy a meal and socialize with other transfems and their friends - Saturday April 15th, 6:00PM at the ——————————. All courses will have vegan, gluten free and nut free options. The venue is wheelchair accessible and only a block away from Metro Vendôme.
Following the warm reception of our Anti-Valintines Day meal, we`ll be continuing to open up more of our diners to non-Transfems as +1s. But half or more of our dinners will stay as transfem only. The following diner in June will a solely transfem occasion. Our tea times are and will remain exclusively open to transfems.
In order to pay the dolls and cover our food expenses, we ask for a 15CAD cover fee for every person attending who doesn't identify with the broader transfem community.

General Assembly
The General Assemblies are for our subcommittees to all meet together and plan “big picture” things.
The assemblies are open to newcomers. The first 30 minutes are for people new to TRAPS to ask questions and get to know others, after that, we use the rest of the meeting to plan things between subcommittees.
The assemblies are adapted for both English and French speakers.

Traps is a collective based group. Most of our events are simply planed by individuals who have an idea to bring to light. If you have an event or incentive that you would like to move forwards with, you can simply attend a Traps event and get in touch with an organizer. Afterwards you can present your idea to the group. If your idea resonates with the group, other passionate people may jump on board to your project and help it see the light of day. Traps can also offer some resources such as financial resources, exposure and collaborations with other orgs.
